please do tell

If you were going to spend a day in Mesa,
where would you go?
What would you do?
Where would you eat?

  2. I would tell me when you were going to be there so I could drive down and meet you there.

  3. Gecko grill. Mango shrimp quesadillas. I would eat there for lunch and dinner, so that would be most of my day. There's also a cool ribbon store kind of near the temple. I like to stock up on all my hair clip- making supplies when I'm down there.

  4. I would visit Steph. Have a donut at Vinchells. Lunch at Sweet Cakes. Shop at all the awesome antique stores downtown. And dinner at Chipotle (even though we have two in Utah now).

And of course, see the temple.

  6. I don't know anything about the going and doing, but I would eat at this little Mexican place called Tortas Paquime (I believe). A friend of JC's dad owns it. It's an orange building about a block or two west of the Mesa Temple. Good food!

  7. I would call Christi Davis and Debbie Niu to meet me at Crackers and Company for lunch!

  8. CHRISTI?!?!? I thought I had lost you. How are you? Are you living in Mesa still? Or Gilbert or something? And Debbie, too... That would be so fun!

Thanks everyone, for the inside scoop on where to go, etc.. And, Ker, I'd totally stop in the PV if I were driving instead of flying.

  10. I love that whole area. Mesa, Phoenix, Tempe, Gilbert etc... In Tempe there is a place called Romancing the Bean that has fabulous breakfasts and desserts. It's also fun to see all the cool architecture and sculptures lining the streets.
