AWESOME! I've always wanted to try a spin bike class. I'm in the karate kick box mode...
I've gone to 1.25 spin classes. I got claustrophobic and too hot and had to leave. It is killer.
Silly me. I thought spin class had something to do with yarn. I need to get out more.Way to go!
I went to a spin class on MOnday and my butt is sooooo sore!!
